How to Harness Entrepreneurial Flexibility for Success

Thanks to my daily yoga and stretching practice, I’m making progress on my physical flexibility and ease of movement. As my former therapist used to regularly remind me, I’m not 20 years old anymore. So, it takes a commitment to yoga and stretching for me to feel good.

While flexibility is paying off on the physical side, it’s also paying off in the business. I think every entrepreneur could take on a mental stretching, so to speak, to improve flexibility and therefore success and profit.

I’ve been thinking a lot about flexibility and how entrepreneurial flexibility and COVID created this amazing opportunity for us all to practice being flexible.

COVID brought this negative external pressure pushing down on us and our businesses, but what if we brought flexibility to our business practice from a more positive perspective, bringing it kind of on purpose?

What I’ve found is that to become flexible, we have to start with self-awareness. Self-awareness of what we are holding onto, where we have a more fixed mindset, a fixed belief about what’s possible in our business, how we go about solving problems, who our target audience is. Increased self-awareness creates the space for flexibility.

Now, flexibility gives us more options and increased options means more personal power and more profitability in our businesses.

So what do you need to let go of? What does your self-awareness tell you you need to let go of in order to become more flexible?

Flexibility has made a huge impact in my business here recently and I want the same thing to happen for you.
