This 13-month

Onboarding questionnaire to understand you, your business goals, and challenges
A private, three-hour deep-dive session with Dr. Joy to analyze your business, identify immediate issues and opportunities, and begin crafting your strategic plan
A DiSC behavioral assessment to be reviewed and discussed during your deep dive session
60-minute in-person strategy session each month for 12 months; notes are provided after most sessions; sessions occur on Thursdays
30-minute virtual check-in session each month for 12 months; this session builds momentum following the 60-minute strategy session; check-in sessions occur on Thursdays
60-minute Quarterly Business Review at the start of each quarter
