This 6-month

- Initial 60-minute session to understand your team and your management and leadership challenges, and to provide immediate recommendations
- One laser-focused 30-minute coaching and consulting session per month for 5 months
- Erin’s review and recommendations on your meeting structures, job descriptions, org chart, and performance review plans followed by a 60-minute discussion
