Dr. Erin Joy is a dynamic leader and visionary entrepreneur dedicated to empowering business owners to achieve lasting success. As the Founder and CEO of Erin Joy Companies, she has leveraged decades of experience in entrepreneurship, business strategy, psychology, and executive coaching to help fellow entrepreneurs overcome challenges, seize opportunities, and realize their full potential.Through impactful roundtable experiences, customized 1:1 consulting packages, bespoke events, and a variety of keynote speeches and workshops, Dr. Joy helps business owners and their teams gain the competency, confidence, and control to tackle challenges and solve for success.

In addition to Erin Joy Companies, Dr. Joy is the Founder and Partner of Kinsale Development and Willow Build Group and Co-Owner of Absolute StoneCraft, showcasing her diverse expertise across industries. She is an accomplished academic, holding a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Joy also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the esteemed Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
